The External auditor is expected to perform the task:
• As per the audit Standard, and
• Charities and Societies Agency Requirement
Qualification & Eligibility:
• Renewed Legal License for Ethiopian Calendar 2017.
• VAT Registration and Tax Identification Certificate.
• 3 or More years of experience in auditing the accounts of NGOs.
• Certified Auditing License from the office of the Federal Auditor General.
• Trade License.

Terms of Reference
• Perform a standard financial audit of the organizations' annual financial activity to determine its financial status and compliance with processes and procedures.
• Perform auditing and accounting tests to determine the reliability, integrity and internal control of the financial control systems of the Organization.
• Examine accounting records, general ledger, asset/liability records, income/expense statements, source documents to veri& that transactions have been properly recorded and follow the applicable regulations.
• Prepare an audit report and management letter with recommendations for corrective action applying professional judgment and interpretation of the applicable rules and standards.
• The Audit Report should indicate the total amount of actual income and expenditures of project activities being implemented by the Organization.
• The audit shall be conducted adopting Charities and Societies Agency requirements.
