Equatorial Business Group PLC (EBG) herby invite eligible and interested cleaning service provider to submit their bids for the provision of cleaning service for cleaning service for the company Head office and selam pharmacy outlet.
1. Interested bidders can collect a complete set of bidding document against a nonrefundable payment of ETB 300 (three hundred) from Equatorial Business Group plc head office 1st floor local purchase office
2. Bidders should submit their technical and financial proposal in two separate sealed and stamped envelopes.
3. Bidders must provide a renewed trade License, Tax clearance, Tax payers identification certificate TIN and bid security of Birr 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO along with their bid document.
4. The Bid must be submitted to the Equatorial Business Group plc head office before February 12, 2026, 10:00 AM

6. The Bid opining will be made in the presence of bidders or their representatives on February 12, 2026, 11:00 AM at physical address indicated above.
