CALL FOR AUDIT SERVICES

The Environment and Coffee Forest Forum (ECFF) is a local Civil Society Organization registered and licensed in Ethiopia, operating since 2005. Our vision is a healthy and prosperous society that values, conserves, and sustainably uses nature.

We primarily focus on developing strategies for the conservation and sustainable use of coffee genetic resources, forest ecosystems, and the environment to improve the livelihoods of local communities.

ECFF provides services including conservation planning, practical implementation of scientifically proven concepts, environmental education, capacity building, and climate change adaptation and mitigation. ECFF invites eligible and licensed audit firms to submit technical and financial proposals to conduct the organization's annual external audit.

Audit Period: For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025

Eligibility Requirements: Interested audit firms must meet the following criteria:

•         Be licensed by the Office of the Federal Auditor General of Ethiopia

•         Have a renewed professional license for the current year

•         Possess at least five (5) years of experience auditing NGOs/projects funded by donors

•         Provide evidence of similar audit assignments

•         Submit valid TIN, VAT, and business registration documents

Scope of Audit:

•         The audit shall be conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and applicable Ethiopian laws and regulations.

Submission Deadline: Complete technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than February 5, 2026.
