Restoring Smiles is an indigenous charity organization working mainly on facilitating surgical treatment for cleft lip and palate patients in Ethiopia.
The organization has been registered as a legal entity by Ethiopian charity and civil society organization with registration No 3937as of March 27, 2018. It has also currently been reregistered as of local Charity in response to the new CSO proclamation 1113/2019.
The organization intends to give these medical attentions covering all expenses that include transportation, food, and accommodation while in the hospital and medicines.
Its mission is to coordinate and standardize efforts for the elimination of Cleft lip and Palate Cases, to build the capacity of its Partnership and stakeholders.
Restoring Smile invites interested and eligible external audit firms to submit their technical and financial proposal in a separate sealed envelope for Audit services of its account for the year of 2025 (January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025). The bid will be closed on Feb 06, 2026 (Ten working days) at 4:30, accordingly bidders are advised to submit their documents within 10 consecutive days.
Audit firm should have:
▪ An organizational Profile
▪ Renewed trade license for the year 2018 Ethiopian Calendar
▪ Certificate of professional competence from the office of Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
▪ VAT Registration Certificate
