Eurika' Yebego Adragot Dirigit is a Local Non-Governmental Organization (LNGO) registered with the Ethiopian Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) with certificate number 4377. Our social purpose is to pursue any action seeking a sustainable progress of children's rights and well-being. Eurika is currently operating in four regions of the country including South Ethiopia, Amhara Region, Tigray Region and Afar Regions.

The LNGO is relatively young (less than six years of operational existence), but it is growing fast from year to year. In 2025, Eurika ran a total of 7 projects, 2 projects from around Arbaminch, 4 projects from around Gondor city and 1 project from Tigray and Afar for a cumulative expenditure of ETB (Ethiopian Birrs) 33,552,938.46 birr - representing between 15 and 20 folders / box files of bank & petty cash vouchers. This amount is expected to increase by half for the period 2026-2027.

We hereby invite qualified and authorized audit firms to submit their financial and technical proposals with a view to undertake Eurika's annual statutory audit for the period spanning from 1st January to 31st December 2025 - as needed, the awarded company may be renewed for the next two fiscal years. The selected firm shall have sufficient experience auditing NGOs and a fair knowledge of ACSO's req of ACSO's requirements.

Bidders are required to attach to their proposals, renewed business license and certificates (AABE registration, VAT & TIN).

Bids shall be sent to: eurikarecruitments@gmail.com. Most of our box files are based in the fields, but will bring all supporting documents at the head office of

the selected auditors on the week starting 13 February. Our financial statements are ready and can be shared upon signature of the engagement letter.

The deadline for submission is 10 calendar days after the date of advertisement, with selection the following day. Only short-listed firms may be contacted to enter into an agreement. In accordance with the practice, the awarded firm shall deliver both an audit report and a management letter - at the latest by 8 March.
