Invitation for External Audit service

Alemfre Pink House Cancer Foundation (APCF) is a nonprofit making Non- Government Organization (NGO) established in January 2012 and legally registered & re-registered under proclamation no 1113/2011 with registration No 4102. APCF working for Ethiopian who are burdened with financial needs to access screening, diagnosis, treatment and quality of life for breast, cervical and other cancers.

APCF would like to invite interested and eligible external Audit Firms to submit their technical and financial proposal in separate envelope for audit work service of its account for the fiscal year ended December 31/2025. Interested audit firms that fulfill the following criteria are invited to participate on the firm.

1.       The Audit firm must be accepted by the Authority for Civil Society Organization (ACSO).

2.       The audit firm should be registered with the office of the Audit General (ABBE) and listed as Grade A, B, C.

3.       Renewed professional license and experience personal.

4.       Tax identification number, VAT registration number, valid & renewed trade license.

5.       The audit firm profile with proper evidence of having similar type of services.

Important information

•         The audit will be based in AA.

•         Interim report management letters and financial consolidation report will be the major output of the service.

•         Firms should put the date of commencement and submission of the financial audit report.

•         Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelope in person in our office in Addis Ababa within Seven days after the date of announcement.
