ADHENO: Integrated Rural Development Association, is a non-governmental not-for-profit charitable organization established in 2002 and re-registered in 2009 as "Local Organization" (Reg. No. 353) based on proclamation No. 1113/2019 under the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) Authority for Civil Society Organization (ACSOs).
ADHENO is inviting qualified independent audit firms to submit a quotation for and its services in relation to their ACSO registration auditing requirements for the year 2025. Applications should contain the information criteria.
Eligibility Criteria:
❖ The audit firm who qualify to apply shall fulfill the following minimum criteria:
❖ Renewed license from AABE.
❖ Renewed trade license of the current year.
❖ VAT and TIN registration Certificate.
❖ Chartered/Certified Accountant Certificate (Certificate of professional competence).
❖ Qualification criteria by ACSO and currently in the auditors list.
❖ Make the audit reports through IPSAS.
❖ Experience of auditing of NGOs and who can present evidence.
❖ Relevant experience for at least 5 years in NGO Sector.
❖ Who can bind contractual obligation for the next 3 (three) fiscal periods.
❖ Applicants with competitive and modest price.
