Gudina Tumsa Foundation invites bids for the supply of one electric vehicle and three fuel-powered motorcycles for field operations and program implementation

INVITATION FOR BIDS

In order to effectively support its organizational operations and program implementation activities. Gudina Tumsa Foundation (GTF) intends to procure vehicles for official use. Accordingly, the Foundation hereby invites interested, eligible, and licensed vendors to submit sealed bids for the supply of the following vehicles:

VEHICLES TO BE SUPPLIED:

➢  One (1) Electric Vehicle

➢  Three (3) Fuel-Powered Motorcycles

The vehicles will be used to facilitate field operations, coordination activities, and project implementation in various program locations. The electric vehicle and motorcycles to be supplied must comply with Ethiopian standards and specifications.

Bidders are required to submit detailed information as part of their bid proposals, including but not limited to:

BID REQUIREMENTS:

➢  Detailed technical specifications

➢  Unit and total prices

➢  Delivery schedule

➢  Warranty terms

➢  After-sales service and maintenance arrangements

Vendors with proven experience in the supply of vehicles and motorcycles are strongly encouraged to participate.

Interested bidders must submit copies of the following valid documents together with their bids:

ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS:

➢  Renewed trade license

➢  VAT registration certificate

➢  TIN certificate

➢  Any other relevant supporting documents demonstrating eligibility and experience

Sealed bids must be submitted in person to Gudina Tumsa Foundation during official working hours at the address provided below.

➢  Bid Submission Deadline: January 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM

➢  Bid Opening Date and Time: January 15, 2026, at 2:30 PM

Late submissions shall not be accepted.

Gudina Tumsa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason and without incurring any obligation to bidders.
