- A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 2,500 (Two Thousand five hundred birr) by depositing through CBE Acct: 1000660495413 Addis Ababa Business Trading Enterprise and come up with your depositing slip to purchase the tender document for 10 consecutive days from December 23, 2025 G.C to January 01, 2026 G.C.
- Documents will be issued at Addis Ababa Business Trading Enterprise, 16th floor, room no.04, starting from December 23, 2025 8:30AM to 5:30 PM. It will be floated for 10 consecutive days.
- Bid must be delivered at address below on or before January 02, 2026 G.C. at 11:00 AM at 16th floor, 01 room Assembly Hall.
- Bid will be closed at January 02, 2026 G.C, 11:00 AM and will be opened at the same day; January 02, 2026 G.C. 11:30 AM.
- AABTE reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in full.
