Frankfurt Zoological Society (FZS) is an international conservation of Ethiopia (FDRE) Authority for Civil Society Organizations. FZS organization registered with the Federal Democratic Republic is working to conserve biodiversity and Natural Resources in Ethiopia, together with its key partners in the Oromia Regional State.
FZS Ethiopia is seeking a qualified external audit firm to conduct an audit of its accounts for the next three fiscal years ending December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
Interested firms are expected to submit the following documents:
- Renewed Professional license;
- Trade license renewed for the current fiscal year as per the Ethiopian Calendar;
- Taxpayer's identification number and VAT registration copy;
- Company profile, including qualifications and experience of staff assigned to the audit.
FZS Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. To express interest, please email samuel.taye@fzs.org with the subject line: Audit Work Assessment. We will provide further details to assist in preparing your quotation and proposed timeline.
The audit will be conducted in Addis Ababa at FZS office.
