BID INVITATION TO SERVICE CONTRACT FOR STATUARY AUDIT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR FOR 2025. DRC-ETH-ADD-008-2025 NATIONAL TENDER

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1956 that works in more than 30 countries throughout the world. DRC has been operating in Ethiopia since 2009; we assist refugees and displacement-affected communities by implementing protection and livelihoods activities that increase their selfreliance and expand opportunities for a dignified life. As a requirement DRC performs annual audit to be in line with the statutory obligation as provided by law articulated in section 4 Article 72 sub article 3 of the Organization of Civil Societies Proclamation No. 1113/2019.

The Danish Refugee Council in Ethiopia intends supplier to service contract for the Statuary Audit for the fiscal year for 2025. Therefore, interested and eligible suppliers can request the tender dossier and instructions to suppliers by physically (in person) from DANISH REFUGEE COUNCIL Bole Sub city, Woreda 2, Block 24, Parcel 53, House #9999/385 Near Embassy of Somalia or can request the tender document via email: shambel.yifru@drc.ngo by bringing or attach the copy of valid or renewed business license, during calendar days from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Starting from Dec 13,2025 to Dec 26,2025

SUBMISSION PROCESS

• The BID reference number shall be inserted in the Subject Heading of the technical and financial document;
• Separate Document shall be used for the 'Financial Bid' and 'Technical Bid.
• Bidders MUST provide valid or renewed business licenses, copy of TIN and VAT registration certificate:
• Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered;
• Currency should be in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) no other currencies are acceptable
• Further Instructions on submission are provided on tender dossier:
• Separate technical and financial bid document must be submitted only by dedicated date on or before 11:00 pm up to Dec 26,2025
• The opening date will be Dec 29,2025 at 10:00AM
