The Emama Zenash Charitable Endowment Is legally registered non-profit civil society organization toward eating food, bathing, renovating the house in Ethiopia Emama Zenash is registered with Agency for Civil Society Organization (ASCO) and implements project in line with its mission to promote sustainable peace and development in country

Emama Zenash Charitable Endowment is currently seeking an Externa Auditor to conduct an Audit of its fiscal year 2025 financial statement in accordance with the requirement of the Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ASCO) and other applicable Ethiopian laws and standard

Eligibility (Must Meet Requirement]

Interested audit firms must

Hold a valid business license for external auditing in Ethiopia Be registered or accredited with the Office of the Federal Auditor General (OFAG) and/or Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)

Be recognized and authorized to perform audits in line with ACSO requirements

Possess a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and recent

Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the Ethiopian Revenues and Custom Authority (ERCA)

Have audit partners who are professionally certified (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent recognized by (AABE) Provide A written declaration of independence and confirm that there is no conflict of interest with EPDPO

Submission Instructions

Interested and qualified bidders may collect the detailed bid document from Emama Zenash Charitable Endowment Head Office During working hours upon presentation of the above license and certificate

Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposal in separate sealed envelopes to the Emama Zenash Charitable Endowment Office no later than 15 calendar days from the date of this announcement. late bids will not be accepted

Bids will be opened on the same day at 8:0 PM In the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the Emama Zenash Charitable Endowment
