Re-Invitation to Bid for External Audit Services

Future Talent Academy S.C. invites qualified and duly licensed external audit firms to submit proposals to conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for three consecutive fiscal years (2018 E.C.- 2020 E.C.). Eligible audit firms must hold a valid competency certificate issued by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) and are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals SEPARETLY in accordance with the requirements outlined below:

Required Documents and Information:

1. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
2. Renewed Business License
3. Taxpayer Certificate Identification Number (TIN)
4. Renewed License/Registration from AABE
5. Firm Profile
6. Proposed Audit Fee (inclusive of VAT)
7. List and professional profile of the audit team members to be assigned
8. Proposed timeline for completion of the audit work
9. An audit firm who has a strong background on auditing companies and voluntary to sign for three years’ agreement with Future Talent Academy S.C after the general assembly approved.
10. Proven record on delivering IFRS standard reporting

Submission Details:

• Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes.
• Documents must be delivered to the Company's Head Office within eight (5) working days from the date of this re advertisement.
• The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

Future Talent Academy S.C. has the right to accept or reject any or all bids without providing reasons.
