Organization for Social Services. Health and Development (OSSHD) is a nonprofit making and nongovernmental indigenous organization working on Health, Social Development and Emergency and Development areas of interventions. With these diversified program interventions, OSSHD has been doing its best and cover wider areas of the country to address the targeted community.

OSSHD hereby invites the interested audit firms to participate in the bid to carry out the audit is book of account for the budget year ended December 31. 2025. Hence, the interested Audit firms who fulfil the following requirements can participant in the bid.

1. The interested bidders shall present precise and short description of its firm profile.
2. Clear descriptions audit firm performances substantiated by evidences as relevant at least including the following.

1. Audit firm's work experiences of auditing similar organization or nongovernmental organizations,
2. Audit firm's plan to undertake the audit engagement.
3. Number and qualification of audit managers and auditors to deployed for this particular task,
4. The estimated commencement and completion date of the audit engagement,

3. The winning firm is expected conduct the audit and produce the audit report based on IPSAS, AABE and ACSO regulations and requirements/standards,
4. Clearly stated quotation of audit fee including relevant taxes.
5. Renewed business license, certificates of VAT. TIN, latest tax clearance.
6. Renewed AABE certification,
7. Complete proposal/bids and fee quotation should be submitted in a tender box prepared for this purpose on or before Wednesday December 18, 2025 at 10:30am and the bid will be opened on the same date at 11:00am, in the presence of interested binders.
8. Any bid presented after the closing date and time will not be accepted,
9. OSSHD reserves the right to cancel the bid partly or as a whole.
