Invitation for External Audit Service

Gayo pastoral Development Initiative (GPDI) is an non-government organization (NGO), non- political, not-for-profit and secular Organization established to promote sustainable livelihoods And self-reliance in the pastoral communities of Oromia Regional State. It was legally registered with the ministry of Justice on November 21,2003 and re-registered under new legislation of "charities and societies proclamation No 1113/2019" on July 24, 2019 with a registration number 0156 as "Ethiopian Resident charity"

GPDI is pleased to invites qualified, interested and registered audit firms with grade "B" which is in the list of Charities and societies Agency and recognized by the office of the Federal Auditor General to audit its books of account for the year ended December 31, 2025 and to submit their technical and financial proposals for auditing the books of accounts of the organization.

Requirements:

1. The audit firm should be registered with the office of the Federal Auditor General,
2. The audit firm must have an experience in Auditing civil society organization,
3. The audit firm should provide TIN, VAT and business registration that has been renewed for the year 2025 as well as other relevant legal documents,
4. The Audit firm should provide a complete company profile
5. The bidders are required to submit the starting and completing date of the audit work and audit fee for the service

Eligible and interested audit firms that fulfill the above criteria can visit the organization during working hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm) Monday through Friday to assess the volume of work. Bidders should submit their technical and financial proposal in a wax sealed envelope in 10 calendar days from the date of the advertisement to the following address:
