FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Liability and Asset Management Corporation /LAMC/ is established as a public enterprise on the 24th day of February 2021 by the Council of Ministers Regulation No. 483/2021 with an authorized capital of ETB 570 Billion and paid up capital of ETB 142 Billion to engage in Liability and Asset Management Services.

The Corporation would like to invite competent and authorized audit service providers to submit technical and financial proposals to conduct auditing of our books of accounts for fiscal years that ends on June 30, 2024, June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2026.

Application Requirements

1. Eligible audit firms are invited to participate by submitting the following
   1. The firm's profile
   2. Renewed Trade license, Primary registration, VAT and TIN Certificates
   3. Renewed Certificate/License from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
   4. Experience of the audit firm with audit reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
   5. List of the staff members who will be deployed in the audit and their profiles. (Familiarity with Peachtree Accounting software is Desirable).
2. Bidders must have auditing experience of State Owned Enterprises /SOEs/.
3. Bidders can access relevant information by either calling through telephone number +2519 11 05 48 34 or +2519 16 40 55 90 or by visiting our Finance and Corporate Services Department.
4. Bidders must submit financial and technical proposal in separate sealed envelopes accompanied with bid security CPO in an amount of 10% of their financial proposal into the tender box prepared for this purpose in the Corporation's head office before 2:00 PM, December 18/ 2025. The bid will be opened at 2:30 PM same date.
5. Bidders must submit a clear work plan and demonstrate the ability to finalize and deliver the final audit reports by the agreed period.
