INSTALLATIONS & MAINTENANCE OF ROOF WORKS, LOT-1:

ADAMA WAREHOUSE

MCG Construction PLC has signed a Contract Agreement with the FDRE, Disaster Risk Management Commission for the Construction Works of Compound Asphalt Road with Site Drainage, Electrical Installations & Maintenance of Roof Works, Lot-: Adama Warehouse.

MCG CONSTRUCTION PLC invites bidders to submit sealed bids for the Procurement of Supply and Application of Epoxy and Polyurethane Type Flooring System for Compound Asphalt Road with Site Drainage, Electrical Installations & Maintenance of Roof Works, Lot-1: Adama Warehouse by providing the necessary labor, material and equipment in fulfillment the contractual requirements made with FDRE, Disaster Risk Management Commission.

1. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidences:

• Trade/Business License renewed for 2017 E.C. from authorized bodies:
• VAT Registration Certificate:
• Tax clearance certificate which shows the bidder to participate in public tenders at the date of the deadline for bid submission;
• Relevant professional practice certificates renewed for at least 2017 E.C.
• Registration as Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA).

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents.
3. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below at a nonrefundable fee of ETB 200.00 effective as of November 20, 2025. The method of payment shall be in cash.
4. Bid must be accompanied by bid security of Birr 300,000.00 (Birr three hundred thousand). The bid security shall be at the Bidder's option, could be in form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
5. MCG CONSTRUCTION PLC reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on 14th day of the date of announcement on newspaper at 2:30 P.M local time. If the 14th day is not working day, it will be held on the next working day at the same time.
