Invitation to Bid for External Audit Service

1. Background

Accord Development Initiative (ADI) is a non-profit and non-religious organization registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Agency for Civil Society Organization under registration no. 4827, as Local Organization in Accordance with the organization of Civil Societies Proclamation No. 1113/2019 with a registration certificate dated on 12 March-2020.

The Initiative currently seeks to appoint an independent External audit service provider for the audit of the ADI for two years' period, from 1 Nov 30 2024/2025-- Dec.2026 GC budget years.

The ADI's fiscal year ends on feb.30. The organization's financial statements are prepared based on General Accounting principles and Standard (GAPS) requirement: Eligible audit firms/Individuals are invited to participate by submitting the following:

1. 1. The firm's/Individuals profile
   2. Trade license (Renewed for the current year), TIN, and/or VAT registration Certificate
   3. Certificate of Competence from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
   4. Evidence of previous experience in providing audit services in similar organizations.
   5. Separate technical and financial proposal that clearly indicates price with VA.T.
2. Scope of the work: As detailed on the TOR which is accessible at MHDI office and also through email request

Audit firms/Individuals that meet the requirements are kindly requested to submit in person their technical and financial proposals from Nov-14-25/2025, during working hours to the following address in a sealed and stamped envelope to the attention of the ADI Administrative and Finance Division,
