FOR SUPPLY of Goats for West Gondar Zone, Gendawhua affitt Refugee Site

Innovative Humanitarian Solutions (IHS) was established in 2013. It was registered with charity & Society authority in accordance with Charities and Societies Proclamation No. 621/2009 on June 25, 2013 with certificate bearing number 3075. Ever since it's established in 2013 in Ethiopia, IHS has been engaged in a wide range of poverty reduction and development activities and becoming one of the few, charity organization in the country.

IHS now invite sealed bids from all eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent and have valid license for current Ethiopian FY 2018/2025 for the Supply of Goats for Gendawhua affitt Refugee Site, as per the following item and Specification: -

1. Age between 8-10 months’ maximum.
2. Healthy and free from any disease, wounds, or injuries.
3. non-defective physical and udder features; free from deformities.
4. Coat condition: smooth, shiny, and uniform.
5. Behaviour: active, alert, moderate in movement, with clean, intact skin and bright eyes.
6. Possesses 4 pairs of permanent incisors.
7. Hoof condition: firm, clean, and properly trimmed.
8. Reproductive organs: well-developed and symmetrical.
9. Height at withers: 45-60 cm.
10. Minimum body weight: 20-25 kg.

Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and license on supply of the above industry issued under commercial registration and business license.

from Nov 18, 2025 to Nov 24, 2025.

Time line of opening the bid

At the address mentioned above. The prospective bidder shall present his/her company's name and signing to acknowledge receipt of the bid documents. The bidder shall prepare two copies of the bid clearly marking each; "Original BID" and "Copy of BID" CPO/ Bank guarantee 5% is must during submission of this bid.

Bid should be submitted to the mentioned address on or before 11:00AM. Nov 24, 2025.

Late submission of bides will not be accepted. Bids will be opened 11:30 AM Tuesday, Nov 25, 2025 in the presences of bidders and their representatives.
