1. The Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute (ATT) is an initiative of the Government of Ethiopia (GOE) established by federal regulation. The formation of the ATI is a result of two years of extensive diagnostic study across eight sub-sectors of Ethiopia's agricultural system in a highly consultative, multi stakeholder process led by the Ministry of Agriculture.
2. The Agricultural Transformation Institute now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the Lot: I Supply, delivery and installation of Office Workstations at H.Q (Addis Ababa). Lot: II Supply, delivery and installation of Office Tables at H.Q (Addis Ababa), and [insert general description of Information Systems and Lot: III Supply, delivery and installation of Office Chairs at H.Q (Addis Ababa).
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) via Commercial Bank of Ethiopia A/C No. 1000517806424 (Original Deposit Slip required).
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 AM November 28, 202 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:30 A.M November 28, 2025.
7. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of Lot: 1: ETB 85,000.00 (Eighty-Five Thousand Birr only), Lot: II: ETB 44,000.00 (Forty-Four Thousand Birr only) and Lot: III ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr only) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee.
8. Bidder should submit a copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration certificate, TIN Certificate, Valid Tax Clearance (renewed or not expired), and supplier list from PPA Website or e-GP portal.
9. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
