Invitation for Audit Service Bid
Berhan Insurance S.C invites independent external auditors with Grade "A" or "B" to submit technical and financial proposals (in separate sealed envelopes) for the audit of the company's financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for two consecutive fiscal years:
- 2025/26 (ending June 30, 2026)
- 2026/27 (ending June 30, 2027)
Required Documents and Instructions:
- Valid certificate of incorporation/registration, renewed trade license, tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate.
- The bidder shall prepare and submit two copies of the bid documents (technical and financial proposals).
- The audit fee shall be stated separately for each fiscal year.
- Both the technical and financial proposals must be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal."
- The complete bid document both technical and financial proposals shall be submitted till November 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 p.m. in the company's meeting hall, Head Office, 7th Floor, in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
- Berhan Insurance S.C reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
