1. Bero Woreda Agri/Dev/Envi/Prot/Coop/ Office Food System Resilience Program Unit has funds with the budget to be used for the procurement of Construction of Chamchare Siriti Small Scale Irrigation Project
2. Bero Woreda Water, Mining and Energy Office invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works mentioned below.

• Renewed business license for Ethiopian fiscal year of 2017EC.
• VAT registration certificates of bidder,
• Tax Payer Registration Certificates of bidder,
• Competence Certificate (Contractors Registration Certificate) from the
• Concerned Ministries (Ministry of Construction /Responsible Regional Office);
• GC/WWC 5 and above Construction company Renewed for the year 2017 E.C
• Registration Certificate in the suppliers list under Public Procurement "& Property Administration Agency.
• Original Evidence Letter (mandatory) from the SWEPR BeroWoreda Water, Mining and Energy Office for visiting the project site.

3. Bidders/Association should be required to submit application letter, renewed Business license, certificate of competence, valid tax clearance certificate and etc. to collect the bidding document.
4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the/NCB/National Competitive Bid procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and are open to all GC Grade 5/WWC Grades 5 and above eligible bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders (Associations) may obtain further information from Bero Woreda Finance, Economy & Development Office-Procurement and Finance Directorate and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 11(a) from 2:30 O'clock to 11:30 O'clock local time
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below at 11(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00. The method of payment will be in Bero Woreda Finance, Economy & Development Office. Bidders can collect the Bidding document from address below at 11(b)
7. In addition to the original of the Bid, the number of copies required is: 2 (Two) copies; (Two of Financial & Two of Technical proposal).
8. The Bid will be floated for 30/Thirty/ consecutive calendar days to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender.
9. Bid must be delivered to the Address below at 11(b) on or before 31st day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender.
10. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security Birr 200,000.00 (Three Hundred birr) in the form of CPO OR Unconditional bank guarantee/Bid bond
11. Bids will be closed and opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11(b) at 4:00 o'clock and 4:30 o'clock local time respectively on 31st day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender. But, if the 31st day will be in weekend or Holyday, it will be postponed for the next immediate working calendar day.

12. Bero Woreda Finance, Economy & Development Office reserve the right to reject any or all bids and any items on the bid.
