Flintstone Engineering Share Company is a public share company established in 1991 G.C to undertake real estate and construction business in accordance with the commercial code of Ethiopia.
The company would like to invite licensed audit firms to carry out a statutory audit as per the LSA for the fiscal year 2025/26, 2026/27 and 2027/28. The organization's financial statements are prepared based on International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) requirement.
Eligible audit firms are invited to participate by submitting the following:
- The firm's profile
- Trade license (Renewed for the current year), TIN, and VAT registration Certificate
- Certificate of Competence from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
- Evidence of previous experience in providing audit services in similar organizations.
- Separate technical and financial proposal that clearly indicates price with VA.T.
The firm
- Should have certified chartered accountants who are authorized to audit public interest entity by the office of auditing and accounting board of Ethiopia, copy of professional indemnity insurance cover and should have submit their detailed work plan with a time frame.
- Should submit a bid security of Birr 20,000.00 (CPO)
