The Tsehay Kabeta Foundation (TKF) is a local, not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established in 2023 and registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) in accordance with Proclamation No. 1113/2019.
TKF hereby invites eligible and qualified independent audit firms authorized by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) to submit proposals to conduct the Foundation's annual external audit.

- Eligibility Requirements
Interested and qualified audit firms are invited to submit the following documents:

- Company profile
- Renewed trade license for the current fiscal year
- Trade license (Renewed for the current year), TIN, and VAT registration Certificate
- Certificate of Competence from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
- Evidence of previous experience in providing external audit services to NGOs or similar organizations
- Experience in auditing IPSAS financial statements is an advantage
- Separate sealed technical and financial proposals, with the financial proposal clearly indicating the price including VAT
