INVITAION FOR BID FOR THE PROVISION OF

EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE

The Freedom Fund is a global non-profit organization dedicated to identifying and investing in the most effective frontline efforts to eradicate modern slavery in regions and sectors where it is most prevalent. We have been registered in Ethiopia since 2019, under registration number 4135. pursuant to the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No. 1113/2019. Since our establishment, we have collaborated closely with the Ethiopian government and grassroot organizations to promote safer migration for women to the Middle East, combat child domestic servitude, assist in the repatriation of women and children stranded in the Middle East, and create sustainable employment for survivors of modem slavery. We remain steadfast in our commitment to work with the Ethiopian government and key stakeholders to address emerging and ongoing needs of communities affected by modern slavery.

Freedom Fund Ethiopia would like to appoint an external audit firm to undertake the audit of the consolidated accounts for the year ended December 31, 2025. The audit is expected to cover the accounts of the Ethiopia country office and its partner organizations.

Therefore,

1. 1. Eligible audit firms are invited to participate by submitting the following documents

   2. Renewed trade license
   3. Certificate of competence from the office of Federal Auditors General
   4. Audit fee to be charged, please clearly indicate whether it includes VAT or not
   5. Possible time to complete the audit
   6. List of staff who will be deployed for the audit and their profile

1. 2. The bid should include both technical and financial proposals.
   3. Bid must be submitted in sealed envelope by mail or in person at FF office during working hours. Please note that the country office works from home on Monday and Thursday.
   4. Bidders can collect the TOR from Freedom Fund Ethiopia country office or may communicate the finance manager through email, dseyoum@freedomfund.org
   5. Freedom Fund reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
   6. The deadline for submitting the bid document is 17th of October, COB
