1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online one time of 10th May 2021 on-line and on the African Bank Group's Internet Website.
2. The Amhara National Regional State Health Bureau through the Government of Ethiopia has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Multi-Sectoral Approach for Stunning Reduction project (MASREP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant finance will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for supply and installation of Solar System for six Health Posts.
3. The Amhara National Regional State Health Bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders (Electro mechanical works permit license with Grade-5 and above) for:

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Health Procurement, Finance and Property Admin. Directorate Director, W/ro Abebaye Wudu and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday at the address given below
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1,000.00 (Birr one thousand only)
6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below ANRS Health Bureau; Procurement, Finance and Property Admin Directorate, behind main building; procurement team office. Bahir Dar, on or before 10:00 A.M local time on 13 October 2025.
