National Competitive Bid for Metal Handrail and Guardrail Works

Benshewabu Market Center SC: - invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Metal Handrail and Guardrail Works for an under-construction project in Addis Ababa, Addis Ketema sub city Woreda 01. Interested parties are invited to consider the following criteria:

Title: - Metal Handrail and Guardrail Works

Contract title: - GC/BC-7 and above, and Metal Work firms

Duration: - 1 months starting from commencement day

Duty station: - Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Benshewabu Market Center Share Company has allocated funds from the shareholder's budget for the construction of a Metal Handrail and Guardrail Works for a 17- storey (3B+SB+G+8) mixed-use building in the Addis Ketema Sub city (American Gibi) Area.

Interested bidders must submit the following documents along with their expression of interest letter:

1. Comprehensive Company profile

1. List of major projects and clients
2. References, with details of contact addresses

2.  Renewed professional and Trade Licenses, TIN Certificate and other relevant documents. All the documents shall be designed by authorized personnel or legal representatives.
3.  For building contractors and general contractors, in addition to the above requirements, a certificate of registration from the Ministry of Works and Urban Development or other relevant regional bureaus is required, with a category of Grade 7 or above.
4. Interested and eligible bidder can purchase a complete set document against and nonrefundable payment of 500 (Five Hundred) ETB.
5.  All bid must be accompanied by bid security amount of 20,000 (Twenty Thousand) ETB in the form of CPO from domestic bank in Ethiopia.
6.  Financial offer shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labeled as original and copy. Technical offer shall be made in separate third sealed envelopes clearly labeled as technical offer.

The four envelopes including the CPO shall be sealed and signed outer envelope.

7.  Beneshwabu Market center s,c company has the right to reject  fully or partially this bid
8. Bidder will be conducted in accordance with open national tendering procedure contained in the public procurement along proclamation of The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and it's open to all eligible bidder
1. Bidder should submit there bid document to Beneshewabu head office 4th floor office number 407 before August 21/2025 at 10:00 AM and bid will be opened 10:30 AM in the presence of interested bidders or their eligible representative on the same date.
