Global Insurance company (S.C) Invites interested bidders for the supply of the following items
Lot 1: IT Equipments
Lot 2: Furniture & Fixture
Lot 3: Stationary Materials
Lot 4: Cleaning Materials
- Interested eligible bidders can buy a bid document after paying non-returnable birr 200.00 (Two hundred birr) to company's finance & investment Department then collect the bid document from HR-Facility Management Department 5 floor office No. which is located Somali Tera in front of Tekele Hymanot Hospital.
- Bids shall be submitted in the tender box prepared for this purpose before the closing date and time.
- Bidders shall present a copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2017 EC registration certificate, Tax identification Number, VAT registration certificate. and Tax clearance and other legal documents.
- All bidders must be submitted to Global Insurance Company along with a bid security in the form of Bid bond or CPO from any commercial bank in Ethiopia. bid security is specified in the bidding data sheet for IT equipment birr 30,000.00 and for other lots each of birr 10,000.00 the bid security shall be valid 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of bid.
- Bid will be closed on August 11,2025 at 3:00 PM (After noon) and will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM (After noon) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives those who are willing to attend the event at GIC Training room
- Falling to comply with the condition from No.2 and 3 above may result in an automatic rejection from the bid.
- Global Insurance Company has the right to reject the bid process at any time prior to contract award. without there by incurring any liability to bidders.
