Empowering People for Sustainable Solutions with its headquarters main office in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) established in 2021. It is a non-governmental, not-for-profit humanitarian organization established with the aim of changing customers' perceptions of safety, security, and wellbeing by outdoing ourselves every day. It provides landmine clearance, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), minefield survey, travel risk management service and explosive ordnance risk education (EORE) and importantly safety and security services, Rehabilitation and Conflict Resolution to help the recovery and development of affected communities.

EPSS is currently seeking an External Auditor to conduct an audit of its financial statements for the fiscal year July 8, 2024, to July 7, 2025. The audit service must be performed in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Accounting and Auditing board of Ethiopia (AABE) and Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO). Eligible firms that meet the following criteria are invited to participate in this bidding process and submit their proposals.

Requirements: -

• Renewed Certificate of Registration from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
• A registered and valid business or professional license to practice in the country.
• TIN and VAT Registration Certificate
• Taxpayer Registration Certificate
• Commercial Registration Certificate
• A company profile depicting at least 7 years' experience as a firm with at least five other comparable clients that are similarly sized non-profit organizations, preferably based in the non-profit organization
• The bid offer must be submitted in two separate envelopes (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal) to our office on or before August 6, 2025, until 4:00 PM in the working hours.
• The time frame required to complete the audit work, address queries, and submit the final audit report.
• VBF reserves its right to accept or reject any bid and avto evaluate the bids annually at any time without incurring any liability to VBF or the bidders.
