Neo-Society is a legally registered local Civil Society Organization operating in Ethiopia incompliance with Proclamation No. 1113/2019 and licensed by the Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO). The organization is seeking the services of a qualified and authorized external audit firm to perform the annual financial audit for the fiscal year ended July 7, 2025.

1. Objective:

To audit the financial records and statements of Neo-Society in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA), as well as the guidelines set by ACSO.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Interested audit firms must meet the following requirements:

• Must be authorized and licensed by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
• Must be registered and recognized by ACSO for auditing Civil Society Organizations.
• Have proven experience in auditing NGOs and donor-funded projects.
• Provide a renewed professional license and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
• Submit organizational profile including staff qualifications and experience.

3. Scope of Work:

• Conduct an audit of the financial records of the fiscal year from July 8, 2024-July 7, 2025.
• Express an audit opinion on the financial statements.
• Submit a management letter outlining internal control and operational issues (if any)
• Prepare and submit the audit report in both hard and soft copies in accordance with ACSO's audit reporting requirements.

4. Bid Submission:

Interested and eligible audit firms are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Annual Audit Service Bid" to the address below within 10 consecutive working days from the date of this Announcement.
