African AIDS Initiative International (AAII) invites all interested and eligible bidders/suppliers for the purchase of 10-15 computers with accessories.

Invitation to Bid

African AIDS Initiative International (AAII) is re-registered by FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organizations as per the Proclamation Number 1113/2019 with registration number 0942 as Local Organization. AAII works on the area of HIV/AIDS prevention and reproductive health service, Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) service and Capacity Building. AAII would like to invite qualified suppliers to participate in a bid for the purchase of 10-15 computers with accessories for its Lot Carey project, which is funded. Hence, AAll invites interested and eligible bidders/suppliers. Bidders who are interested in participating in this bidding are required to fulfill the following requirements;

1. Bidders should have and submit a legal registration certificate, renewed and relevant trade license related to this business, renewed tax certificate, TIN certificate and VAT certificate.
2. Bidders should be willing to undertake the purchase of computers with the technical inspection and supervision of IT Experts.
3. Bidders should mention the number of days to deliver the items (Maximum 5 days).
4. The bid should be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope.
5. Bidders should submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope to the reception desk with ten calendar days during office hours from the first date of this announcement appearance in the newspaper.
6. Electronic bids will not be accepted; late bids submitted after the bid closing date will be rejected.
7. Bidders should be able to supply quality and unbroken computers.

(The winner should be able to transport the computers at AAII regional office. The transportation cost shall be covered by supplier.
