Biftu Adugna Business S.C. hereby invites eligible and qualified external audit firms licensed by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) to submit their technical and financial proposals to conduct an external audit of the company's financial statements for the fiscal year ending 2017 E.C through National Competitive Bid (NCB). Therefore,
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with national competitive bidding procedures and it is open to all eligible bidders.
- A complete set of bidding documents will be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (five hundred birr). The method of payment will be in cash.
- Documents will be issued on working days from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30:00 P.M and until 11:00 A.M on Saturdays commencing from the bid floating date on newspaper at the address below.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amount of 100,000.00 birr (hundred thousand birr only) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee that will be valid for a minimum of 88 days.
- Bids must be delivered before 1st, August, 2025 up to 2:00 PM and opened on the same date @ 2:30 PM in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person.
- Biftu Adugna Business S.C reserves the right to reject any bid partially or in full
