1. The Government of Ethiopia has received financial support from the World Bank for Ethiopian PforRs for Strengthening Primary Health Care Services. This program is a hybrid and it included IPF subcomponents and Immigration and Citizenship Service (ICS) is among the implementing entities and it is responsible for the implementation and administration of IPF-Sub-component-III-CRVS Digitalization project fund which need considerable efforts to plan, administer, and follow-up. For the effective implementation of the project intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of 651 pieces of Chairs, 426 pieces of Tables, 195 pieces of shelves, and 200 pieces of file cabinet to Afar and Benshagul Gumuz Regions
2. The Immigration Citizenship Service now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of 651 pieces of Chairs, 426 pieces of Tables, 195 pieces of shelves, and 200 pieces of file cabinet to Afar and Benshagul Gumuz Regions
3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" September 2023] ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Immigration and Citizenship Service Ethiopia Ethiopia Program for Results for Strengthening Primary Health Care Services (EPRSPH) IPF sub component III Project Alemtsehay Adem, alemtsehayics21@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and on Friday from 8:30am to 11:30am and 1:30pm to 4.00 pm local time.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee² of ETB 100 Birr. The method of payment will be will be in cash or cashier's cheque or CPO to the Ethiopia Program for Results for Strengthening Primary Health Care Services (EPRSPH) IPF sub component III.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below³ on or before 5 August at 10:00 AM. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 1st August 10:30 AM.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 750,000.00 (seven hundred fifty thousand Birr)
