EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Our company ECWC RISING HONGFA PLC is a newly established company, hereby invites qualified and experienced audit firms to submit proposals for the external audit of its financial statements for the fiscal year ending July 7, 2023 and July 7, 2024.

1. 1. SCOPE OF WORK:

The selected audit firm will be required to perform an independent audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and provide an audit opinion on the company's two years financial statements with very few transactions. The auditor must also assess the company's internal control environment and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• 2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Interested firms must:
• Be legally registered and licensed to operate as external auditors and submit all their licenses and VAT registration and relevant legal documents
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing public companies.
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the industry.
• Be independent of our PLC and free of any conflict of interest.
• Be in good standing with the relevant regulatory bodies.
  3. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS:

Submitted proposals should include:

• Company profile and registration documents.
• List of key personnel and their qualifications.
• Evidence of experience in auditing similar entities.
• Audit methodology and proposed work plan.
• Fee proposal (inclusive of all taxes and costs).
• Timeline for completion of the audit.

  4. EVALUATION CRITERIA:

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Experience of the audit firm 10%
• Qualification of professionals assigned for the audit 40%
• Technical approach and audit methodology 10%
• Cost competitiveness 30%
• Audit Report submission Time 10%
  5. SUBMISSION DEADLINE: JUNE 21, 2025 10: AM. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
  6. BID OPENING DATE: JUNE 21, 2025 10: AM
