NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF Desktop Computer

Tsehay Insurance S.C. would like to invite from eligible and experienced bidders for the procurement of Desktop computer through open tender as per the following details: -

1. Biding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedure in the procurement manual of the Insurance company.
2. A complete set of bid document can be purchased by interested bidders up on payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (two hundred) from Finance office starting from Monday to Friday Morning 8:00 a.m-12:00a.m. Afternoon 1:00 p.m. -5: 00p.m and Saturday 8: 00a.m-12:00a.m.
3. The bid remains floating from May 26/2025 up to June 05/2025 and will be closed on June 05/2025. at 4:00 a.m. and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 10:30 am at the company's meeting room. Bole Bridge, In front of Brass Hospital, Tsehay Insurance S.C 1st Floor meeting room.
4. Bidders shall summit "Technical" and "Financial" envelope, separately.

6. For eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed trade license, certificate of registration. Tax payers’ registration certificate, value added tax certificate, Tax clearance certificate.
7. Bid proposal must be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening.
8. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.

The company reserves the right to reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
