Mega Printing P.L.C., would like to invite qualified consulting firms with proven experience in organizational structure study and design to submit their bids under the following terms

1.  Interested eligible bidder must submit their valid trade license renewed for the current fiscal year.
2.  Bidders must have a minimum 10 years of direct experience in organizational structure and human resource development consulting.
3.  Interested & eligible bidders should purchase the bid document (TOR) against nonrefundable payment of ETB 500 from Mega Printing PLC located at mega building, room no 103, Bole road, Africa Avenue.
4.  Bidders shall submit separately the technical and financial proposal in a separate sealed envelope in one original and one copy. The envelopes containing the proposal should be clearly marked technical or financial as well as copy or original as per the proposal as in it.
5. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 50,000.00 in CPO form in the name of mega printing plc.
6. The winning bidder shall furnish unconditional performance bond equals to 10% of the total bid price of the bid from recognized local bank.
7. Bidders shall submit & insert the sealed bid proposals into the bid box located at Mega Building, Room Number 106, Bole, Africa avenue, Addis Ababa until 14/5/2025 at 1:00 pm in working hours.
8. Bid will be closed at 1:00 pm on 14/5/2025.
9. Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the room mentioned above at 1:30P.M on 14/5/2025.
10. If any question, please informed us in written prior to five days of the closing date.
11. Mega Printing plc reserves the right to receipt or reject any or all bids.
