International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international non-governmental organization working in Ethiopia for provision of multi-sector refugee and rural community assistance in Tigray, Benshangul Gumuz, Somali, Oromia, Gambella, and SNNP Regional States.

IRC Ethiopia now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders, technically competent, and have a valid license for current Ethiopian FY 2017 or 2024/25 for the provision of Cargo Transportation Renting Service under a Master Agreement:

1. 1. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive tendering process.
   2. Bidders with renewed licenses valid for the year 2025 (2016/17 E.C) for required service having TIN & VAT Registered are invited to participate.
   3. The Tender Documents, including the Tender Guidelines, Bill of RFQ & Specifications can be a collected from IRC Shire filed office Catholic building, 4th floor Supply Chain department and Addis Ababa head office sets building 7th floor Jackross to salite mihret Road near to Robera Acoffee during working hours from 08:30 AM up to 5:00 PM by presenting the required documents (Tin. VAT Certificate, and renewed license) starting from Sunday, April 13, 2025.
   4. The proposals will be evaluated based on predetermined evaluation criteria in the RFP. The bidders shall submit a sealed envelope Marked as One "Original "Financial and technical proposal & One "Copy "of the Financial and technical proposal.
