Imagine 1day International Organization (I1D) is an international NGO operating in Oromia, Amhara, Tigray, Afar, South Ethiopia, and Benishangul Gumuz regions to create access to quality education for all Ethiopian Children.

I1D invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders, technically competent, and have valid licenses. for the supply of the below items for its Amhara Region projects.

• Valid trade- license for each LOT# Trade.
• Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate.
• Tax Identification certificate.
• Tax Clearance declaration of Recent Month.
• The winner shall start delivering the of the materials within 2 (two) days from the date of the agreement signed.
• Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials.
• Bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and marked, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit:
• Financial document with all legal document (with two copies one original and one copy)
• Technical documents (with two copies one original and one copy) stamped envelope separately to imagine 1day Amhara regional coordination office -Dessei
• Documents with the list of activities can be obtained from the imagine 1day Amhara region Dessie Office from 2/04/2025 to 10/4/2025 by paying 200 birrs for Each Lot
• Bid will be closed on 10/04/2025 at 3:00 local time and opened on 10/4/2025: at 3:30 & 9:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1Day Dessei office.
• Imagine 1day, Amhara regional office reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids
