REQUIREMENTS

1. Good Neighbors Ethiopia invites all interested and eligible bidders by this competitive bid for the one block and Toilet construction at Cheki Health Center in Angolela Tera Woreda, North Shewa Zone to enter into a contract with the winning bidder.
2. The bid remains floating from April, 03, 2025 to April, 14, 2025 for Eight (8) consecutive working days
3. Bid documents can be obtained from Addis Ababa, Lideta Sub-City, In front of Balcha Hospital, on Ahmed Business Center Building, on 5th Floor at Good Neighbors Ethiopia Head office during office hours (at morning from 8:00 AM-12:00 A.M and afternoon 1:00 PM-4:00 PM from Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr Five Hundred (500 ETB only).
4. All interested bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below:

1. Bid Security (2%CPO) ONLY valid for 15 days from the bid opening date.
2. Bidders must have a valid and renewed trade license for the 2017FY in E.C
3. Bidders should have TIN & VAT registration certificate
4. Bidder should have valid Tax clearance certificate.
5. Certificate of registration with the Federal public procurement agency (FPPA) as a Grade 5BC/GC & Above
6. Other requirements and forms as attached on the tender documents

1. Bid proposals must be submitted in two separate envelopes: one original and one copy for technical document and one original and one copy for financial document in a separately sealed envelope marked as: "Tender for the Construction of Cheki Health Center's one block and Toilet construction with Bid Procurement Number GNE/CON/02/2025" and be addressed to: "Good Neighbors Ethiopia, Angolela Tera Project office, at Chacha Sub-City" on or before April, 10, 2025 until 10:00 A.M
2. Electronic bidding & Bids presented by any bidder after the closing time and date shall not be accepted.
3. Bids that meet all requirements will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on April, 10, 2025 at 10:30 A.M at Good Neighbors Ethiopia, Angolela Tera Project office, at Chacha Sub-City, Debrebrihan City.
4. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.
5. Good Neighbors Ethiopia reserves the right to cancel all or parts of this bid
