URGENT INVITATION FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT BID

Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization (FIDO), a non-governmental organization registered with the Charities and Societies Agency, is seeking a certified audit firm authorized by the Office of the Federal Auditor General of the FDRE to conduct a statutory audit of our financial records for the year ended December 31, 2024. We invite qualified and interested audit firms classified as Grade A by the Office of the Federal Auditor General to participate in this bid.

Interested firms are expected to submit evidence of the following requirements:

• Renewed Business/Trade License
• Tax Payers Identification Number (TIN)
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Renewed Professional License from the Office of the Federal Auditor General
• Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) registration and renewal documents
• Bid security of not less than 2% of the offered price in the form of a CPO, addressed to Fayyaa Integrated

Development Organization, and attached to the original financial document.

Bidding Information:

Bidding documents can be purchased at the Fayyaa Integrated Development Organization Head Office in Addis Ababa for a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr), starting from the first day of the announcement (Wednesday, March 26, 2025) as published in Reporter Newspaper. Bidding will be open for 7 working days and will close on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 8:30 PM. Bids will be opened at 8:45 PM on the same day.

Submission Requirements:

Audit firms must submit their proposals in a wax-sealed envelope containing two separate envelopes: one for financial documents (CPO valid for at least three months from the date of bid opening) and the other for technical documents. Each envelope should contain one original and one copy, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY." All documents must be sealed within one master envelope
