To All Hotels accommodation service providers

PIN (PEOPLE IN NEED), an international NGO, invites forsubmission of eligible and experienced hotel service providers to submit tenders for the provision of accommodation services in the following regions of Ethiopia: Addis Ababa, Hawassa, Arbaminch, Konso, Jinka, Hosanna, Halaba, Durame, WelaytaSodo, Dilla, Ambo, and Nekemte, according the statedspecification in Annex III.

All Hotel service providers who have valid license for the current year can collect the tender documentation in PIN office in Hawassa (Kebele 205 behind Central Hotel), tel. 0462123135 or 0462122140 or Addis Ababa, Yeka sub-city, Kebele 13/14 house no 912 Tel 011 618 5121 or 011 662 0503 or send the request by procurement.ethiopia@peopleinne ed.cz until 7/3/2025 during working days.

Question and any clarification relating to this tender, should be sent to the following email address: procurement.ethiopia@peopleinneed.cz until 10/3/2025. If PIN answers the question, all other tenderers will be copied the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail. Questions could be answered only until 11/3/2025. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

Tender offers to be submitted to PIN or sent by registered post to reach the PIN office before closing date and time: 14 March,2025, 3:00 PM (Local time Afternoon 9:00) to the followingaddress: Hawassa office, Haike dare sub-city, in 05 Kebele(Directly behind Central Hawassa Hotel Building PIN Addis Ababa Office, Yeka Sub-City, kebeles 13/14, house no.912. Bids received after the closing date & time will not be considered.

Envelope opening session will be held on 14, March 2025, 3:30PM (Afternoon 9:30 local time): Hawassa office, Haike daresub-city, in 05 Kebele (Directly behind Central Hawassa HotelBuilding) and PIN Addis Ababa Office, Yeka Sub-City, kebeles13/14, house no.912 based on the submitted bids. The tenderersor their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
