Call for Bids for Corporate Hotel Service For Hawassa,Bahirdar,Dessie, Kombolcha, Gondar, Dire Dawa,Harar, Shashemene, Jimma, Dilla,J inka, Somali and Afar Regions

JSI would like to invite interested, eligible, and qualified hotels to participate in the selection process for a Corporate Hotel Service Agreement for the provision of accommodation, meeting, and related services.

Requirements

• Copy of a valid and renewed Business License for EFY 2018/19.
• Copy of the VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and Trade Registration Certificate.
• Any additional supporting documents demonstrating the company's technical qualifications and capacity.
• References from previous clients and a good track record of delivering quality event services.
• Demonstrated experience hosting conferences, workshops, training, and meetings of similar size and complexity.
• Professional staff, responsiveness, event coordination support, and a positive customer service record.
• Must have valid invoices with attachments.(Barcoded Invoice is mandatory)

**Qualified hotels located in the above-mentioned locations and meeting the stated requirements are invited to submit separate technical and financial proposals, either electronically or in hard-copy sealed envelopes, no later than November 3, 2026, at 5:30 PM.
