1. The Oromia Education Bureau invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for to procurement of children's playing and Montessori Materials to provide children with good learning outcomes.
2. A Complete set of bid documents prepared in the English language for this procurement can be obtained fromthe  Procurement and Resource Administration Directorate upon a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (two hundred) deposited by the name of Oromia Education Bureau to Commercial Bank of Ethiopia bank account number 1000007342121 during office hours from the date of the bid announcement.
3. The bid floating period is 15 working days commencing from the date of the bid announcement in the newspaper. The bid will be opened on the 16th working day if it is not a public holiday in the Presence of bidders' legal representatives who wish to attend. Otherwise, it will be opened on the next working day. The bid will be closed at 4:00 am and opened at 4:30 am o'clock local time. Detailed in the bid document for more information.
4. Interested Bidders must submit appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating their compliance, which shall include, a copy of renewed Trade License, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT registration Certificate, and TIN registration certificate with their offers.
5. Bidders will be selected according to the national competitive bidding procurement procedure, using qualification and other additional detail criteria addressed in the bidding document.
6. The Bid document shall be accompanied by a Bid security amount of Birr 300,000.00 (Three hundred thousand) in the form of an unconditional Bank guarantee which is valid for 90 days or CPO in the name of Oromia Education Bureau.
7. Sealed and stamped Bid documents must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Oromia Education Bureau, Procurement and Resource Administration Directorate 1st floor.
8. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Resource Administration Directorate during office hours.
9. The Bureau reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
