OPEN CALL FOR BID TO PROCUREMENT OF SCHOOL COMBINED DESK, BLACKBOARD AND SHELF

ADRA Ethiopia is a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental international organization that has been operational in Ethiopia since 1982. ADRA Ethiopia implements a wide range of humanitarian and development programs, including education, agriculture, WASH, livelihoods, renewable energy, and capacity building of government and non-government stakeholders at both regional and federal levels. ADRA Ethiopia's Strategic Plan is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and focuses on poverty reduction through sustainable development interventions that strengthen the capacities of individuals and communities.

In partnership with ADRA Norway and with funding from NORAD, ADRA Ethiopia is implementing Action to Strengthen Partnership, Inclusion, Resilience and Education (ASPIRE) project in Oromia and Sidama regions. The project aims to contribute to the Government of Ethiopia's efforts in the Education/TVET sector by improving the well-being and resilience students while supporting schools/TVET institutions and surrounding communities to develop sustainable solutions.

ADRA Ethiopia invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of combined school desk, blackboard and shelf units in accordance with the standard of the Sidama Regional Government Education bureau.

Note: Meeting the Sidama Regional Government Education bureau school furniture standard is mandatory

Bids must include the required technical and financial information, including a clear statement of compliance with the applicable standard, unit and total prices, delivery schedule, and any other documents specified in the bid documents. Prices should indicate applicable taxes and delivery costs. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Combined School Desk, Blackboard and Shelf: Bid Reference: ASPIRE/001/10/26" to the address above no later than 10 calendar days after the bid announcement. Late bids will not be considered. ADRA Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to cancel the procurement process, in accordance with its procurement procedures. Issuing this invitation does not oblige ADRA Ethiopia to award a contract.
