Somali Regional State Jigjiga City Administration now invites qualified eligible and interested bidders through NCB for Procurement and construction of the following projects: -

Procurement of straight light, Project Procurement reference number: -

JJ/CIP/0018/2017E.C

Procurement of JCA city service office maintenance, Project Procurement reference number: JJ/CIP/033/2017E.C

Procurement of school construction dudahidi 3, Project Procurement reference number: - JJ/JCI/012/2017E.C

1. The tender will be remaining floating for 30 days starting from the date advertised on The Ethiopian Herald.
2. Jigjiga City Administration invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the above according to the description to be completed within 30 calendars days and for Construction completed within 90 days.
3. Bid will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders who have VAT registration and renewed license for 2017EFY.
4. A complete set of biding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of nonrefundable fee of birr 500 (Five hundred only) during working hours 8:30am-12:00 am in the morning and 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm in the afternoon. The payment will be in cash.
5. Bidders should submit separate technical and financial proposal and enclosed in a wax sealed envelope clearly marked the project title and must be delivered to the address below for 30 calendars days for procurement of the deferent types of equipment according to the above description and will be completed within 30 calendars days and for Construction 90 days 3:30 PM (aftermoon).

NB: If the bid opening ceremony date is not a working day, the bid opening date will be on the next working day.

6. All bids be accompanied by a bid security of birr 30,000 (thirty thousand) for all lots in the form of certified check (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank.
7. The bid opening ceremony will take place at Jigjiga City Administration Office of Finance and Economic Development, procurement Department Room No 2; late bids will be rejected. Qualification information and bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders/ legal representatives who choose to attend at the address above on the final bid submission date and time for the lots as stated above.
8. Jigjiga City Administration reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
9. Bidders may obtain further information and documents may be inspected from The address below during office Hours 2:30 A.M-12:30 AM And 2:00 PM-5:30 PM from Monday to Thursday and On Friday from 2:30 A.M-11:00 AM And 2:00 P.M.-5: 30P.M
