- Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding documents via SAP Ariba System to accessthe bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid starting from October 26, 2026. The deposit slip for the bid document payment must indicate the bid reference number in the narrative and be uploaded into the system as required. Bidders are advised to take note of this and adhere strictly to these instructions.
- All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.
- For DBOT06726/27 and DBOT06826/2 Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com, to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred Only) starting from October 26, 2026.
- Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and other applicable legal documents are required while submitting the bid document.
- Bidders must present a bid securityin the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO)used by Ethiopian Banks at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposalor offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
- For Bid Ref.No. DBOT06326/27, DBOT06426/27, DBOT06526/27 and DBOT06626/27 Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate through the Bank's electronic platform (SAP Ariba System) as stated below:-
- For bid Ref. No. DBOT06326/27 andDBOT06426/27 the bid proposal shall be submitted through the Bank's Online system electronically before or on November 6, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.
- For bid Ref No. DBOT06526/27 and DBOT06626/27 the bid proposal shall be submitted through the Bank's online system electronically before or on November 9, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.
- Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives virtually as follows:
- Bid Ref. No. DBOT06326/27 and DBOT06426/27 tentatively on November 7, 2026 @ 10:00 A.M Morning through SAP Ariba System.
- Bid Ref. No. DBOT06526/27 and DBOT06626/27 tentatively on November 10, 2026 @ 2:00 A.M Afternoon through SAP Ariba System.
- For Bid Ref.No. DBOT06726/27 and DBOT06826/27 the Bidders must submit their TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in a separate envelope in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document as follows:
- For Bid Ref.No DBOT06726/27 and DBOT06826/27 the sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on November 2, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, at Dashen Bank HQ 7th Floor. and the technical bid proposal shall be opened at supply chain management 7th floor tentatively on November 3, 2026 at 2:00 P.M Afternoon in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
- Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above and bidding document shall result in automatic rejection.
- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
