Re- Bid Invitation for External Audit Service

Hiwot Ethiopia was established in 1995 as a non-government al organization and registered by the Ageny of Charities and Societies organizations. Hiwot Ethiopia envisages a future where children and youth live happy, health and productive lives. Currently, Hiwot Ethiopia is operating its program in Addis Ababa city government and Amhara regional State with the technical and financial support of international and loal partners. Its major fouse areas are health, education, children’s right, gender equality and livelihood.

Hiwot Ethiopia would like to invite eligible Audit Firm to perform its fiscal year 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 and the subsequent two years (2025 and 2026). Therefore, the qualified firms are invited to submit their technical and financial proposal together with the following legal documents:

• Well organized profile with relevant work experiences of the firm including supportive evidences
• Renewed business/ trade license for year 2017 Ethiopian Fiscal year
• Renewed certificate /license from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
• Authorized/registered and renewed chartered accountants, certificate of professional competence.
• The staff competency of the firm is plus
• VAT registration and tax identification certificate.
• Proposed audit fee including tax
• Experience on accrual bases IPSAS financial statement auditing is preferable
• Time frame to start and completion of the audit services
