- Renewed trade license for the Year 2017 (Ethiopian calendar)
- VAT and TIN certificate
- Renewed certificate of competency from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia/AABE/
- Proposed Audit fee and Value added tax
- Time Frame required to complete the audit
- Experience & Accrual bases IPSAS financial statement auditing is a plus

The audit will be based in Debre Birhan main office The bid must be submitted in 5 working days to our organization after its announcement in the Addis Zemen newspaper, Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelope in person in Addis Ababa.
