THIS IS AN INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY of Food Items (Wheat flour, Sugar, Dates, Rice, Pasta, Vegetable Oil, Red beans, Tea bags, Chickpeas, & Lentils) for refugee beneficiaries for the Asosa/Ura Refugee Site.

Innovative Humanitarian Solutions (IHS) was established in 2013. It was registered with Charity & Society authority in accordance with Charities and Societies proclamation No. 621/2009 on June 25, 2013, with a certificate bearing number 3075. Ever since it was established in 2013 in Ethiopia, IHS has been engaged in a wide range of poverty reduction and development activities and becoming one of the few, charity organizations in the country.

IHS now invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent, and have valid licenses for current Ethiopian FY 2017/2024 for the Supply of the following food items (Wheat flour, Sugar, Dates, Rice, Pasta, Vegetable Oil, Red beans, Tea bags, Chickpeas, & Lentils) for refugee beneficiaries for Asosa/Ura Refugee Site, as per the following item and Specification:-

Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses on supply of the above industry and local materials issued under commercial registration and business license. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive tender process. You may obtain further information from the Innovative Humanitarian Solution.

The complete set of bidding documents in English for the aforementioned activities can be obtained from IHS Addis Ababa during working hours from February 3, 2025, to February 12, 2025.

Timeline of opening the bid

At the address mentioned above. The prospective bidder shall present his/her company's name and sign to acknowledge receipt of the bid documents. The bidder shall prepare two copies of the bid clearly marking each; "Original BID" and "Copy of BID" CPO/ Bank guarantees that 5% is a must during the submission of this bid. The bid should be submitted to the mentioned address on or before 11:00 AM, February 12, 2025.

Late submission of bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on Thursday, February 13, 2025, in the presence of bidders and their representatives.

Delivery Location: - Assosa/Ura Refugee site.
