1. The federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Agriculture received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Resilient Landscape and Livelihood Project (RLLP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of IT materials (office equipment).
2. The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed bids to all eligible bidders for the following materials

Bidding will be conducted through National Request for Bidding (NRFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Regulation: Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consultancy Services under IBRD Loans and IDA credits and grants by World Bank Borrowers fourth edition November 2020, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement regulation.
4. interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture Procurement Executive Block A, 2nd Floor, or SLMP project office Block B, rd floor and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 9:00 to 12:00 A.M and 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the address given bellow.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders up on the submission of the written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment should be a Bank transfer through account number 1000009144009 for the benefit of the Ministry of Agriculture.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 4, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on March 4, 2025, at 2:15 PM.
